Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided through this website, by phone, or by text are non-binding until confirmed on site. Final pricing depends on the actual volume, weight, type of material, access to the property, and any special handling or disposal requirements identified once our crew arrives. We'll always confirm final pricing with you before work begins.

Scheduling and Access

You're responsible for providing safe and reasonably clear access to the items or areas to be serviced. Additional time, delays, or inability to complete a job due to blocked access, locked areas, or unsafe conditions may result in a rescheduled appointment or an adjusted quote.

Prohibited and Restricted Materials

We do not accept hazardous materials, including but not limited to asbestos, chemicals, medical waste, paints, oils, batteries, or other regulated substances, unless explicitly agreed to in advance. You represent that any items provided for hauling do not contain prohibited materials.

Ownership of Items

By requesting our Services, you confirm that you own the items being removed or are authorized to have them removed. Once items are loaded for hauling, they are considered abandoned by you and may be disposed of, donated, or recycled at our discretion, in compliance with applicable law.

Property Care

Our crews take reasonable care when working on your property. If you believe damage occurred during a job, please notify us within 48 hours so we can look into it.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the Service unless other arrangements are made in advance in writing.

Website Use

This website and its content are provided for informational purposes and to facilitate estimate requests. You agree not to misuse the site, including submitting false information through our contact form or attempting to disrupt the site's normal operation.

Information You Provide

When you submit the estimate form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, and any details you provide, solely to respond to your request and provide a quote. We don't sell your information. See our contact form for how submissions are handled.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SIMPLE Debris Management and Simplicity Ventures, LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or the Services, beyond the value of the Service provided.
